What are the payment options?
The payment options that we accept are major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we offer gift cards. The link to them can be found at the top of the page.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with an item you can return it for store credit within 7 days. All returned items will receive store credit. Unless you are exchanging it due to the item being damaged in which case we would be happy to replace it. The replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge for the inconvenience.
Where is your store located?
We do not have a physical store. You can browse our entire selection of accessories and apparel online at Tishanelle.com
How can I cancel my order?
Please Contact Us within 10 minutes of placing the order to cancel the order. Simply send us an email.
My item is falling apart, what can I do?
We ask that you contact us by email within 30 Days if there is a problem with your item. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will assess to see if it can be repaired, replaced or if a credit needs to be issued. If the item cannot be repaired or is out of stock store credit will be issued. The item will also be shipped free of charge and you will be reimbursed shipping costs in store credit.
