What are the payment options?

The payment options that we accept are major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do not currently provide Gift Cards. This is a service we are looking to provide in the future.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with an item you can return it for store credit. All returned items will receive store credit. Unless you are exchanging it due to the item being damaged in which case we would be happy to replace it. The replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge for the inconvenience.

Where is your store located?

We do not have a physical store. You can browse our entire selection of accessories and apparel online at Tishanelle.com

How can I cancel my order?

Please Contact Us within 10 minutes of placing the order to stop shipment. We prepare our orders for shipment as soon as we receive the order.

My item is falling apart, what can I do?

We ask that you return the item back to us so that we can send a replacement item. If the item cannot be repaired or is out of stock store credit will be issued.The item will also be shipped free of charge and you will be reimbursed shipping costs in store credit.
